Pherson here has the ability to talk to animals, which means he can:
- hear their voices in his head
- tell them things and they can tell him things
- be very persuasive
And this counts for anything that could be considered an animal: bugs, birds, reptiles, mammals, fish. (You can check his character info for more details)

1) If your character keeps some sort of animal or pet, I would really appreciate you letting me know if he can talk to them! Anything like the divulgence of secrets or asking them to do things I will be sure to hit you up and plot with you first.

2) If your character is some kind of animal or part animal, can transform into an animal, I'd like to know that too! As far as imports are concerned, his powers are wonky and don't always work, so you can choose the degree of influence he has on your character all the way up to "none" - and of course, plotting with you is a thing I will do.

NOTE that the wonkyness with imports also applies to animals/companions your pc brings with them.

As a second note, his powers don't usually work on humans, so if you feel your character just has animal themed powers or is a bit furry, don't worry about it. The less actual animal, the less likely they'll be affected.

3) does your character have similar powers? ie, can talk to or control animals (even if it's just one type)? This ALSO makes his power wonky.

You can answer however you like but I have a handy-dandy thing for you:

I can also answer any questions or concerns, no problem. Thank you!

Character name: Stephen Strange
Does your character have animal-based powers (& how so)? He can make short-term illusions and I know for a fact he's created butterflies for the network before. Strange has also bewitched small animals (pigeons and rats) in the City. This requires a certain kind of spell, so it's not something he'd use on he spur of the moment, but it has been known to happen for bigger plots? Idk if that counts.
Does your character keep animal(s)? Not unless you count Zoidberg.
How comfortable are you with Pherson's powers working (ie, "not at all", "just talking", "mildly persuasive", "all the way, baby", "only with plotting")? Everything's cool?
Anything else of note? The animals Strange conjures are illusions, so, in other words, completely fake. I'm not sure Pherson would be able to talk to/control them, but uhh. However you want to play that is cool with me. Stephen's magic is screwy, especially in the City, so there might be potential for something fun there? But yeah, pretty much up to you.
